Our business is producing and selling videos to our customers. The information you provide directly to us will not be sold or traded to any third party entities or persons.

Return Policy:

Within 14 days of delivery, you may return any unopened videos (in the original shrink wrap) for any reason, for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will notify you by E-Mail when we have received the returned item. We will credit your account on the same credit card used for the purchase, usually within 7 days of the items return.

Defective Exchanges:

Within 30 days of delivery, if your tape is defective we will replace it with a new tape at no additional charge.
